Declan in Bangkok

Last week I went to Bangkok, Thailand. First we went to a snake farm, where they make antivenin to cure snake bites. I liked when a spitting cobra reared up in front of me!

Next we went to Dreamworld, which is a very fun amusement park. My brothers and I played SO MUCH! We went on many rides, such as the Cable Cars, the Big Splash, the Crazy Schoolbus, and Space Mountain. My favorite thing was popping the balloons with the darts - I won a little stuffed animal for popping 5 out of 7 balloons!


The next day we went to the Temple of the Dawn, called Wat Arun in Thai. Me and Daddy went all the way to the top of the high tower. I took many pictures of the temple, and later also of the beautiful Reclining Buddha. We had lots of fun putting the coins in the wishing bolws!
Finally we went to the Grand Palace, which was very big. I took a picture of the military guys who guard the palace.

I also liked all the beautiful pictures around the temples. After that we went to the Thai weapons museum.
I had lots and lots of fun in Bangkok - Sawadee Kap!
